Management Is Not Up To Par
DESCRIPTION: Today I visited the chuck a rama in Ogden Utah and was pleased with the food and the service. Until my son started to throw a fit someone complained and I was asked to go to the lobby. My son would have still been heard in the lobby so I decided to leave because it was embarrasing enough to be told to leave because of my child I didnt want to be told again. I thought that this restaurant was a family oriented place but I guess I was mistaken. Soon after I arrived home I contacted the manager that was on duty at the time, and i asked him to give me a refund and he declinded saying I was not asked to leave and I could have finished my meal. Well I could not have finished it because my son would have aggrivated the other customers. Needless to say I will never dine at this restaurant again.

Screaming kid almost ruins dinner for everyone.
DESCRIPTION: Today I visited the Chuck-a-Rama in Ogden Utah and was pleased with the food and the service until some kid started to throw a fit. Fortunately the manager asked the kid's clueless mother to go to the lobby. The little monster kept screaming out there, but at least it was further away. It's one thing for a restaurant to be family oriented, but parents with out of control children need to shut them up or leave. Now that I know Chuck-a-Rama is able to assure a quiet dining experience I will be a regular customer.

Great Place
DESCRIPTION: I loved the atmosphere, eating great food with my family outside in a big mowed lot with trees and grass, and most of a place to park. They were pretty packed but our order, which was like 10 or so meals, made its way to us really quick. I was surprised the Raspberry shakes we got were done in under 2 minutes.
