Dirty, greasy.
DESCRIPTION: This place seems to be popular with the senior crowd, and is usually busy. I don't know why. The food is marginal at best. The backed haddok is swimming in butter or some other oil, and other than salt doesn't seem to have any seasoning. The place is just plain dirty. A person I know that cleans says that it's eaven worse in the kitchen. Apparently the owners will NOT bring in a professional exterminator.

Perhaps in vain ...
DESCRIPTION: ... My husband and I are great grandparents and have visited your establishment at least 5 times - twice w/our great grandchildren. Your place is very, very cold! We've complained nicely and received a nice responce but no heat! The A/C kept blowing cold air. In truth also: Seen and heard reacting to the discomfort were several folks during each time of our visits. We obviously are not alone in feeling very uncomfortable while trying to enjoy our meal. Is there a way you can warm the place? Let us know when and we'll visit but as long as it is as cold as it is, good food or no, we'll have to go elsewhere. Your place shouldn't be that cold ... It's not right but than again, you're not the only eatery in town. Thank you for allowing me to express my concern to you ... Mrs. Alice Mary Bean

Microwave specials
DESCRIPTION: Other than the salad, it seems as though none of the food is made / prepared locally. I believe the "cooks" are little more than "Microwave" and deep fryer attendants. I SWEAR my steak was nuked. It was hot, well done (when ordered rare), dry, and had zero flavor. Ditto for the ribs I ordered once. No flavor other than the boring sauce (must be "Kraft" or something.

Top of the Line
DESCRIPTION: My family has been eating in or take out 3 times a month for over 5 years. The food is top notch...tasty, al dente veggies, not too saucy and not greasy. Always friendly, good service. Clean and comfortable. Did I mention inexpensive?

Not Bad For the Middle of Nowhere
DESCRIPTION: Better cooked stuff than 90% of what you find outside large-city Chinatowns. Fresh, hot, mmmm. Could compete in a large city, IOW. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ambiance is okay, not great, but on par with most places in Central Maine. Ayuh.

One of the better in L/A
DESCRIPTION: Buffet looks anemic. Better to order fresh from the menu. What's on the menu is quite good, but like so many chineese restaurants, too much sauce. The terriaki chicken is always WAY overcooked - like chicken jerky, but the crab-rangoon is better than most. Best as a takeout joint as the Ambiance is on the seedy side.
