"Greek Spinach Quiche" from China King, Edgewood, FL
Pie crust for 9 inch pan 1 package frozen spinach (10 oz.) 1 cup milk 1 1/2 cups crumbled Feta cheese 3 eggs beaten 1/4 cup butter melted 4 tablespoons grated Romano cheese 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons nutmeg Line a 9 inch quiche dish with pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Re move from oven and prick with fork. Bake for 5 minutes. Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes. Truly German
DESCRIPTION: The couple that owns the restaurant are so sweet. They make you feel like you are dining at a favorite family members home. I loved the bratwurst and sourkraut. My dad's favorite was the many German beers available. My 7 year old son loves the Rueben.

Great Beer. Lots of Toys.
DESCRIPTION: We had a fantastic evening here. While we dined on delicious German home-cooking, our 2 year-old played with a mountain of toys in the corner. He was busy for 2 hours and only stopped to eat some dessert with us. The beer was delicious, too. If you are looking for a cozy place that reminds you of your grandparent's mountain retreat, this is the place.
