Perfect Breakfast
DESCRIPTION: Although the town is small, we drove up and down the main street, and even had trouble finding the place after getting directions! The "storefront" is so small, you miss it if you blink. It may be small, but the quality of food, ambience & service is BIG. The staff is cheery and treated us like regulars, even though it is our first visit. I think breakfast is the hardest meal for restaurants to get right. The eggs are either overdone or underdone, the grits are cold or lumpy (or both), the bacon is either cooked to leather or raw. Our party of four ordered different dishes, yet each of us had eggs, meat, grits, toast, pancakes cooked to perfection & piping hot. The OJ tasted like fresh squeezed (but probably wasn't; that's a bit much to ask for a moderate priced breakfast). The staff was trying to create a daily lunch special for lunch. It sounded so good, I would have liked to stay in town for the next meal. But, alas, vacationing takes us to yet another location for the rest of the day. Quite a unique atmosphere, which includes an upper wall display of old clock radios. I remember a few of those from my childhood. Don't miss this restaurant if you are anywhere near Dunedin.

The Best
DESCRIPTION: I've dined at many of the finest restaurants in the U.S. and all of the "best" in Tampa Bay. But this restaurant is by far the best experience I've had. From the romantic and quaint setting to the service to the menu to the price, no other restaurant experience even comes close.

Mexican Food for everyone
DESCRIPTION: This is absolutely the best Mexican food restaurant in the Pinellas County area. The food is always served hot, freshly prepared, and yummy. The atmosphere is just OK, but good enough to enjoy the meal. Vegetarians will enjoy enough good choices too. Try their specials, they're all good.

DESCRIPTION: I dined at this restaurant while vacationing in Dunedin, Florida. They have an exquisite menu and a very friendly staff. They also have an outside cafe with a different menu and is a very comfortable casual atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Dunedin, Florida. The waterfront views are amazing!

Bon Appetit Dunedin
DESCRIPTION: What a water view. Beautiful Sunsets. I got married at Bon Appetit Restaurant and the raves from my guest are never ending. The service, details and "Nancy" {Wedding Rep} was a delight and so professional. She helped me plan my wedding with very little stress due to the fact that I planned my wedding in another state. Thank you Nancy and Bon Appetit.

Fantastic Restaurant and Reception
DESCRIPTION: I just recently hosted a 50th wedding reception at the Bon Appetit in Dunedin for my parents and cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Tracy Toombs and Peter. It was a surprise party for with guests from around the globe and everyone expressed their delight in the staff, food, views and occassion. It was a day to remember always. Bon Appetit
DESCRIPTION: Bon Appetit has a wonderful location but the food is mediocre and the service is inconsistent. On two occasions the rack of lamb I ordered medium rare showed up almost well. A shrimp cocktail contained rubbery shrimp. I've had good service and careless service on different visits. Also, even though the view is fine through the shades that help prevent the sun from blinding you while dining just prior to sunset, the management insists on raising them at some point. I watched as the owner berated a customer who asked not to have them raised because of an eye problem.

DESCRIPTION: If you want authentic Irish food, music and atmosphere, this is the place. I've learned a lot about Ireland and Scotland just by talking with the customers and servers. You'll see lots of kilts here. I live in the little town of Dunedin, so I go there often.

great friendly place
DESCRIPTION: Found this place with my girlfriend. Flanagans is pretty authentic for an Irish pub, minus all of the front windows bringing in sunshine. But the food is great, the service is friendly, and the Guinness pours like black nectar down any wanting throat. And they have Smithwick's Ale, which I've never ever seen in the States before. Delicious! The only downside I noticed is that Flanagan's pints aren't the 20oz Imperial, just the regular 16oz. Well, the price is right, so I think we've made this a must stop for at least once a week. Let's see if my girlfriend thinks the same.

For the rudist Hostess-Manager don't eat here
DESCRIPTION: Seated. 15 minutes till greeted by a waitress.... ordered drinks, and another 15 minutes until served drinks; Sangria loaded with orange juice and who knows what. Oh, and 10 minutes after that waitress comes to take order. She takes the order for four - one of which is a prime rib, the other is a child's meal of fry and chicken tenders; how hard is that!!! An appetizer is also ordered. After we four went to the salad bar two times the waitress comes and says we have no prime rib, do you have a second choice? After this much time we needed a menu to look at. He orders, we are waiting, finally the waitress says she forgot to put in the appetizer, another 15 minutes...now I am really irritated; two tables under the same waitress, have eaten and are waiting for their check and we don't have anything. We talked to the hostess/manager she says she will take off our drinks, which is about 25.00 dollars she comes and brings a check with 17.75 off. Now dinner is here, BUT there are no chicken tenders for the child, she says they will be out soon. ....Now I get up and go back to the Hostess /manager and she starts yelling at me about how much more I want off the check, This was not an issue, I wanted to speak to the owner, who was supposed to be in the back, never cared nor showed. This woman who was out front got loud and rude. We ate,we wanted to pay, and the check was now wrong....This hostess would not fix this problem she again started yelling at me and professed to have worked their for 7 years and didn't care how bad it all was. The other patrons could not believe her behaviour. Again I asked to speak to the owner, no show; I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting to speak with him and this deplorable behaviour from one of his supposed managers. Finally I paid this in cash before I said something I would regret and left, and swore to let everyone know of this incident.. SHE SAID SHE COULD CARE LESS THIS WAS THE ONLY BAD DINING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. ...P.S. I Managed restaurants in new york for 20 years.
