DESCRIPTION: I eat at Patty's Mexican Food pretty much every day, so I have a good idea of their cuisine. My favorite part about Patty's is burritos. My hobbies include eating burritos at Patty's. My dislikes are waiting five minutes for my burrito. I love burritos.

The (Not So) Secret Jewel of Claremont
DESCRIPTION: Patty's falls into the category of cheap and amazing taqueria food. The prices are astoundingly low, as it's family run, and the flavor tops every other taqueria I've been to. Of particular note are the fresh, homemade tortillas and the unbeatable carne asada. But if you go, prepare to wait, because they take their time and always have customers.

Patty satisfies me like no other woman can
DESCRIPTION: I love this place so much that when I have to go home for the summer, I actually dream about the hot sauce. I have tons of little containers of hot sauce in my fridge so that I can try to take Patty's with me even when I can't gorge myself on the deliciousness of the chicken/bean/rice/cheese burrito and a potato taco. Oh, sweet lord, it is soooo good.

Great Food
DESCRIPTION: I went to this place about one week ago. I had always passed it but never came in, so one night I told my wife, "We got to try this place," and she said, "Let's go," so we stopped by, but it was closed. It turned out that the place does not open till 5 p.m. We were 15 minutes early, so we waited. Finally, the doors opened exactly at 5. The server welcomed us in and got our drinks right away. The menu was in Spanish, but it had English descriptions by the plate name. The server came back with our drinks, a Peruvian beer and a raspberry iced tea; he also brought us some bread and a hot sauce called ahhied -- it was delicious. He took our orders and I had the lomo saltado and my wife had a fish dish I can't remember the name of. The food did not take long to arrive and when it did, we loved it. They were both beautifully decorated.
