Plain But Filling
DESCRIPTION: The portions we saw being served were all large. We both had the meatloaf sandwich, which was huge but lacked any flavor. It sure needed a good dose of seasoning. Sure not like mother made. Nothing fancy on the menu but filling.

What a Gem

DESCRIPTION: HAVE TRIED RIBS 3 TIMES, 2 WERE "OK" AND THE LAST ONE HAD BURNED BBQ SAUCE ON IT AND IT WAS OBVIOUS THE COOK SIMPLY REAPPLIED MORE BBQ SAUCE IN AN ATTEMPT TO COVER IT UP. MY WIFE HAD BEEF BRISKET THAT WAS ALSO DRIED OUT. I RECOMMEND GOING ACROSS THE STREET TO ON THE BORDER IF YOU WANT GOOD PORK RIBS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD BATCH THERE.

The BEST hamburger place in all of Arizona!!
DESCRIPTION: I've been a regular of The Haunted Hamburger for 8 years now! I started coming to visit my parents from Oregon in 1995 and we used to make trips to Tuzigoot & Jerome on each visit! :) My husband & I now live here and when our friends and family come to visit us, we take everyone to Jerome! Very patient Staff
DESCRIPTION: The staff is one of the most patient I have ever had the chance of annoying. They put up with me and my best friend loudly singing Andy Dick's Little Brown Ring. Any staff that can serve us and put up with that deserves the thirty percent they got. Oh yeah the food is incredible. I didn't leave a piece of my swiss burger, or fries. The bar is stacked. The Haredura is outstanding!!

DESCRIPTION: This place is great. My girl and I sat out on the patio which was on stilts overlooking the scenic Verde Valley and watched the sun set over the valley. I ordered what was called a cheese steak supreme and was nothing short of awesome. You must pay a visit to this place.

Which is better? The food, the staff, or the view?!
DESCRIPTION: I must say, travelling through Jerome down to Cottonwood spoiled my opinion of the city itself. It's not a fun drive during the day, let alone at night. The Haunted Hamburger, however, was well worth trekking back up into Jerome. It was a particularly cold day so we opted not to sit outside, but the view was spectacular nonetheless. The tables were somewhat cramped together, but it added to the ambience. Everyone working there was absolutely wonderful and funny as hell! The food: great portions for a reasonable price. It's definitely a great place to take the family.

A Hot tip from the friendly local airport.....
DESCRIPTION: We were on our way to Sedona when we heard the airport runways were closed in Sedona so we flew to the little town below Jerome... where we were recommended to go to the little town on Jerome instead of Sedona. We thought it was a hot little tip, we loved the town and the view and the highly recommended Haunted burger joint... food was excellent and so was the service.

DESCRIPTION: Oh my Gosh!!!! This place is off the hook... From the view to the awesome hamburger. Oh and I failed to mention the 3 layer chocolate cake. We are going back in 2 weeks and can't wait!!!

The reason...
DESCRIPTION: I fell in love with my boyfriend because of the Haunted Hamburger. We live in different states and on my first visit to him in Arizona (before we were officially dating) he took me to Sedona and Jerome. If it wasn't for the Haunted Hamburger and the wonderful time we had there, I might have not given him the chance he deserved! Thanks! Also- the staff is incredible. The lunch hour on a Saturday was so busy that we had to sit at the bar, and I wouldn't want to sit anywhere else. The bartender controlled the crowd and staff so well and he was charming to boot.

DESCRIPTION: Why do they introduce decent food items and then take them off the menu leaving the same old junk to choose from. I waited in the drive through line only to find out that sandwich had been taken off the menu. I was so mad that I didn't order anything. I was trapped in the line behind someone who ordered 25 menu items. I will not be back for awhile. Max
